Honorary Architect of Armenia Rafael Yeghoyan and his son Garegin Yeghoyan founded the company in 1988 before the Spitak earthquake. Further the company was reregistered in 1996, 1997 and 1999.

Company is authorized to design residential and public buildings and issue design documentation and interior design based on company licenses and individual licenses of specialists being contracted.

Upon necessity, the staff is being completed with additional professionals on contract basis. The specialists being contracted are people who traditionally work with ARCH for the similar occasions.
