The house owned by Margaryan family is located on a high land near the Cascade complex. The architecture of the building was predetermined by the irregular, oblong shape of the plot, its location nearby the Cascade with opening panorama of Yerevan center. The main southern glass facade of the house overlooks the city center. The entrance is located deep in the composition, in the western front overlooking the Cascade complex and the transition from the street to the entrance is designed as propylaeum, being one of the architectural peculiarities of the house. Travertine slabs and metal elements are used in construction decoration.
