The villa complex owned by Vanyan family is located in Dzoraghbyur village, near Yerevan. Two neighboring lands were joined which became the starting point of an architectural composition. The complex consists of a newly built residential, a renovated residential houses and a summer kitchen. None of the complex structures is directed towards any geographic axis, but with their large glass fronts open inward, into the garden. External and internal surfaces are decorated with concrete finishing, metal elements and high-quality color stucco.
